Granola

4 c oats
1/4-1/2 c brown or white sugar
1/4-1/3 c oil
14-12 tsp salt
1-2 tsp vanilla, maple or almond flavoring
1 c coconut
1 c unroasted sunflower seeds or nuts
*Work together with your hands. Bake at 300 for 10-15 min. Stir and turn off oven. Let sit and cool. Add raisins or craisins, roasted nuts, dried bananas or other fruit, bran flakes. (Use honey and butter to press in pan for bars.)
