Duschene Pizza Recipe from Katie Burton

1 c warm water
1 pkg yeast (2 tsp)
1 T sugar
2 T oil
1 tsp salt
2-3 c flour
*Mix 1/4 c of warm water with yeast and 1/2 tsp of sugar in a small bowl. Let sit. Mix all other ingredients, including remaining water and sugar together. Add yeast mixture and knead lightly. Add flour until dough easily pulls away from the sides. Let rise for an hour. Spread on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Cook at 425 for about 12 minutes. Add toppings and bake until cheese is melted. Makes one large pizza.
