- 1 lb ground beef
- onion, diced
- green pepper, diced
- 1 can Garbanza beans
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 can Great Northern beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- Favorite BBQ sauce
Brown your ground beef with your onion
and green peppers. You can also add any other seasonings your family
likes. I sometimes add garlic.
Pour your beans into a crock pot. Add whatever beans your family likes...I use whatever I have in my pantry. Then add the beef on top of the beans. Pour 1/2 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce over the meat. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Stir after 2 hours and add more BBQ sauce if you like. You can also have Tabasco sauce on the table for those who like a little kick.

Serve on it's own or over rice for a
filling hearty meal. I like salad and rolls with cowboy beans.
ENJOY!
