Snickers Salad from Leslie Sharp

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup powdered sugar 1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed 6 Snickers candy bars 4 -6 granny smith apples (you can vary the apple with successful results if you choose to, But I think granny smith are the best to use!!!!) 
Directions: 1 - Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until thoroughly blended. 2 - Fold in Cool Whip. 3 - Cut Snickers into bite size chunks and add to cream cheese mixture. 4 - Chop the apples into chunks and stir. 5 - Chill 1 hour before serving. 6 - Chilling for a long period of time (such as overnight) will result in liquid being released from the salad.

Sweet Cheese Delights from Leslie Sharp

2 pkgs Cream Cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 t vanilla
2 cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 T butter, melted
2 t cinnamon

In large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy.
Add egg yolk and vanilla beat on low until blended.

Unroll 1 can crescent roll into 1 large rectangle.
Press seems and perforations together to seal.
Press into bottom of 9X13in glass baking dish.
Spread with cream cheese mixture

In small bowl mix pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.
Sprinkle half onto cream cheese mixture.
Press out the other crescent roll and place on top of mixture and sprinkle with remaining pecan mixture.

Bake @ 375 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slighty, cover and refrigerate
