1 mango, diced
1 can black beans
1/2 c water
1/2 square vegetable bouillon cube
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
3/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp thyme
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of ground hot pepper
salt and pepper
1-2 Tbsp agave
*Combine all ingredients together and
pour in an 8 x 8 pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350. Serve over whole grain brown
rice and with a green salad.
