5 cups water
2 cloves or 1 t. minced garlic
2 T. chili powder
1 t. oregano
½ chopped onion or 3 T. dried onion
1 T. cumin
1 T. salt
1 can chopped green chilies
1 – 3 lb. pork roast
*Toss all ingredients in crock pot
and cook on high 7 – 8 hours. Or cook in dutch oven, covered, and simmer for 5
hours or until roast falls apart and beans are soft. Serve over tortilla chips,
or rice, or use as burrito filling.
