Chicken Salad from Beverly Palmer
12.5oz can of chicken (drained and broken apart) 1/2 cup finely diced celery 1 sm can crushed pineapple (drained) 1/4 cup sliced almonds Mayo or Miracle Whip to taste
Mix together, serve on croissants or small dinner rolls.
