½ cup margarine 1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs 2 large mashed bananas
8 oz sour cream 2 cups flour
¼ tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda
Directions: Cream margarine and sugar. Blend in eggs, bananas & sour cream. In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda.
Stir flour mixture into batter until just blended. Spread batter into a lightly greased 10x15 jelly roll pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Frosting : 1 pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp milk
* Beat until smooth. Spread onto cooled bars.
