Salpicao from Cherlyn Call
Grated Carrots Green Olives, chopped Chicken, cooked and shredded Ham, diced
Toss all together and mix with a light mayo dressing
Salpicao (from Bernadeth Silva, my fav Brazilian Visiting Teacher)
