Best potato soup recipe

Best potato soup recipe ever and so easy. This recipe will serve about 6-8 people:
30 oz. Bag of frozen hash browns
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
3-14.5 oz. Cans chicken broth
8 oz. Cream cheese
Put first 5 ingredients in the crockpot and stir. Cook on low for 6 hours. One hour before you want to serve it, add the cream cheese. Garnish with bacon bits and/or grated cheddar cheese. Easy recipe to multiply and inexpensive. Delicious, too!
I would serve with a green salad and sweet cornbread.
