Baked Potato Bar, Salad Bar ideas

Do you need to feed a lot of people?  Baked Potato Bar with side salad or Salad Bar,
With food allergies and some picky eaters, this will satisfy them all.
Many of the baked potato bar items can go also on a salad bar.*
You can prep most all the night before.  Put the potatoes in the oven in the AM (be prepared to put in a cardboard box to transport (not plastic - I once melted a big ol' plastic bin - haha)
